Frequently asked questions

What time is it and how long does it last?

Every day at 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM (check availability when choosing your date). It lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Is there hotel pick-up?

Yes, it's included, but only from the south of the island. Enter your hotel name when booking; the exact pick-up time and point will be confirmed once your booking is made.

What should I wear and bring?

The essentials are already in the list above. One extra thing to bear in mind: in winter, the mountain areas can get quite cold, so it's worth bringing something warm.

Can I cancel? Will I get a refund?

You can cancel using the link in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance get the deposit refunded in full; with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable. If we need to cancel the activity (due to weather or the operator), we will refund 100% or offer you an alternative date.

Booking questions

How do I book this activity?

Choose the date and number of people in the form on the activity page, fill in your details and pay a small deposit online to secure your place. You pay the rest on the day of the activity, at the meeting point.

What happens when I book?

You will receive an email at the address you gave us: first the "booking received" email and, once the payment is confirmed, the "booking confirmed" email, with the date, time, number of people and the amount paid. That email serves as your proof of booking on the day of the activity. The exact pick-up time is confirmed after you book, depending on your hotel. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder; if it hasn't arrived after 20 minutes, write to us and we will send it again.

Can I change the date or the number of people?

Yes: from your booking link (the one you got by email) you can change the date, and if you haven't paid yet, also the number of people — the price is recalculated instantly. If you've already paid and want to change the number of people, write to info@gobananastours.com or message us on WhatsApp with your booking details.
