There are two departures a day, at 10:00 and 16:00, every day. The activity lasts approximately 2 hours, including preparation and the ride itself.
Due to high demand and the limited number of places each day, this activity is paid in full in advance to confirm the booking. This allows us to guarantee the horses and avoid last-minute cancellations.
You can cancel using the link in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance get the deposit refunded in full; with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable. If we need to cancel the activity (due to weather or the operator), we will refund 100% or offer you an alternative date.
Choose the date and number of people in the form on the activity page, fill in your details and pay a small deposit online to secure your place. You pay the rest on the day of the activity, at the meeting point.
You will receive an email at the address you gave us: first the "booking received" email and, once the payment is confirmed, the "booking confirmed" email, with the date, time, number of people and the amount paid. That email serves as your proof of booking on the day of the activity. The exact pick-up time is confirmed after you book, depending on your hotel. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder; if it hasn't arrived after 20 minutes, write to us and we will send it again.
Yes: from your booking link (the one you got by email) you can change the date, and if you haven't paid yet, also the number of people — the price is recalculated instantly. If you've already paid and want to change the number of people, write to info@gobananastours.com or message us on WhatsApp with your booking details.
