What data we process
When you book an activity or create an account on our website, we process:
- Full name, email and contact telephone number
- Billing details when you provide them (tax ID, address) to issue the invoice for your booking
- Booking details: chosen tour, date, number of people, extras purchased
- Profile photo, if you decide to upload one to your account
- Payment details, which are processed directly by the payment gateway (Redsys) — we do not store your card details

Who we share your data with
We share only the data strictly necessary with the local tour operators who provide the activity you book, and with the payment gateway (Redsys) to process the payment. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep your booking data for as long as you maintain an active account and, after the service has been provided, for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@gobananastours.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
